HARLEY BENTON joins the relic bandwagon with $238 hand-aged guitars

Tuesday July 28, 2026- Harley Benton is making vintage-style guitars more affordable with the launch of its new Aged Series, featuring hand-aged electric guitars and basses starting at just $238. The collection includes Light Aged and Heavy Aged versions of S-style, T-style, offset guitars, and a P Bass-style model, giving players the worn-in look and feel that has become increasingly popular among guitar enthusiasts.

Unlike many relic guitars that cost thousands of dollars, Harley Benton is targeting budget-conscious musicians without sacrificing the handcrafted aging process.

The new lineup combines classic styling with modern playability. Each instrument features an alder body, a caramelized Canadian maple neck, a laurel fretboard, and ISOLA Alnico 5 pickups, while the relic treatment extends to the hardware for a more authentic vintage appearance.

Harley Benton says it spent two years refining the aging process before bringing the guitars to market, offering players an affordable alternative to premium relic models from major brands.

The launch highlights the growing demand for affordable instruments that deliver premium aesthetics. As relic guitars continue to gain popularity, Harley Benton is positioning itself to attract beginners and experienced players who want the character of a road-worn instrument without paying custom-shop prices.

With quality features and aggressive pricing, the Aged Series could become one of the company's most talked-about releases this year.
